Shipping & Returns
I. How to Order
Payment must be received by Avada before we will complete the order. Payment for the products on this site will be made by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may not cancel an order after you have made a purchase.
We use encryption through NetSolutions Secure Sockets Layer software to help protect data transmissions of personal information. While no method is fail safe, encryption provides a method for communicating more securely over the internet by encoding messages so that they can be read only by parties having the proper decoder. You accept all risks associated with using a credit card to purchase the products on this site, including that your information may by intercepted by an outside party.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.
II. Pricing
Prices are those in effect at the time you make a purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. In addition to the purchase price of any product you may order, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling and any applicable taxes.
III. Return/Exchange Policy
Products may be returned for any reason within 30 days from the purchase date. To receive a full refund, products must be in original packaging with all product parts, warranty information, and internal packaging inside. There must be no damage to the point of purchase box, including but not limited to, writing and/or placing stickers on the product box. Shipping fees are not refundable. You will not be charged a restocking fee.
If you would like to exchange a product, the product must be returned as stated in the return policy. Credit will be given when the product is received in excellent condition. No shipping charges will be credited. An exchange will be treated like a new order and shipping charges will be applied. Standard shipping is UPS.
After 30 days, all product defects are to be handled by the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
IV. Shipping
In stock products will be shipped within 2 business days of the day the order is made. If a product is unavailable at the time of order, we will ship the out of stock item as soon as it is available. Overnight and rush delivery are available at an additional charge.
Our standard shipping method is UPS.
Freight Policy:
All shipments are F.O.B. Minneapolis, MN. Shipments are sent standard ground service via UPS unless specified otherwise. The following rates are for all UPS ground shipments only. Shipping and handling will be charged on the original order and on all back orders.
Shipping rates are for the continental United States cities only. Additional fees apply to other states and international destinations. Shipping Rates are as follows:

Rates are for 48 Continental United States only.
COD shipments will be charged normal shipping rates based on weight COD charge.
Avada reserves the right to partially ship orders. Please specify to ship orders complete.
