Teresa Renfrow is a Hearing Instrument Specialist that serves the Wilson, NC office. She has lived in Bailey for the past 19 years with her husband Mike and they have raised 3 wonderful children, Travis, Justin and Morgan. She is a member of her church in Macclesfield, NC.
She has a strong passion for helping others, and is committed to helping those with speech understanding to lead a fuller happier life. She prides herself in the ability to explain the strategies of treating hearing loss. She takes the time to really listen to her patients so she can help them. Teresa keeps a very open and honest communication with her patients so they can make a decision about their speech understanding needs without feeling rushed or pressured.
Teresa’s commitment to excellent patient care is evident with each and every patient. She truly believes “people do not care how much you know, until they know how much you care”.
Trained in the new wireless hearing instrument technology, she has a distinctive approach to demonstration on how today’s modern devices are helping others.
She is highly trained in the early detection and treatment of speech understanding problems. Teresa is accepting new patients and is excited and welcomes the opportunity to help those who hear conversation but have trouble understanding it.
