The cornerstone of Sue’s professionalism is built on her commitment to help the hearing impaired lead a fuller life. By combining integrity and compassion, she naturally demonstrates a unique ability to explain the strategies of hearing improvement in a way that is easy to understand.
Sue understands the importance of taking the time to really listen to her patients. She creates an environment where open and honest communication can take place and her patient can make decision about their hearing needs without feeling rushed or pressured.
Sue’s knowledge in communication disorders has helped a wide range of patients, including difficult and rare issues. She provides hearing screenings, aural rehabilitation and has an expansive knowledge of both conventional and digital hearing aids.
She graduated from Central Michigan University with a Masters of Audiology degree. She has over 20 years of experience working with patients of all ages in diagnostic audiology and hearing instruments. Sue has dispensed and adjusted thousands of hearing aids and is an expert in early detection and treatment of hearing loss.
Sue currently resides in Racine with her husband and her two German Short-Haired pointers. She has a son and a daughter who are attending college. Sue is active in her church, enjoys watching football, going for walks, swimming, boating, water skiing or basically anything that is near water!
