Kevin Howard is the Provider who serves the Keene office. He has now lived in the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire for years, but has been serving this region for 9 years, and has been helping the hearing impaired for 22 years. Kevin and his wife, Laura, have 4 children – Erin, Colleen, Ryan and Owen. He enjoys many outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, hiking and climbing.
Kevin is committed to keeping his patients hearing as well as possible with their present hearing instruments as well as keeping them informed of any new technology available that may help them to hear better. By combining integrity, empathy and genuine concern, he naturally demonstrates a unique ability to explain the strategies of hearing improvements to his patients and their families. Kevin feels strongly that customer service is first and foremost in our field and puts the patient in front of him above all other concerns.
Kevin believes in the importance of taking the time to really listen to his patients He creates an environment where open and honest communication can take place and his patients and their families can make decisions about their hearing needs without feeling rushed or pressured.
Kevin has helped many patients and specializes in counseling and programming instruments for difficult-to-fit hearing losses. His knowledge in hearing improvement has helped a wide range of patients from those that have mild losses to those with severe to profound loss.
