In 1973 Avada Hearing Center was the first established hearing aid office in Clinton, NC. We have been improving hearing health for nearly 40 years, and are currently the only full time hearing aid office in town. Our office is located at 415 Warsaw Road in Clinton, NC 28328. We are just behind the McDonald’s Restaurant. To help spread awareness of hearing health, we participate in community health fairs every year.

We offer the community of Eastern Clinton a wide variety and affordable selection of hearing aids. Glenn Best

Glenn Best is a Hearing Instrument Specialist that serves the Clinton, NC office. He has lived in the Clinton area all his life, is married and has raised 2 wonderful children. Glenn is particularly proud of his quadruplet grandchildren. He is a member of Clinton Family Worship Center and a deacon at his church.

He is committed to help those with speech understanding problems lead a fuller life. By combining integrity and compassion, he has a unique ability to explain the strategies of treating hearing loss. He understands the importance of taking the time to really listen to her patients. Glenn creates an environment where open and honest communication can take place and his patients can make decisions about their speech understanding needs without feeling rushed or pressured.

Winner of numerous prestigious Avada Pacesetter and Golden Pacesetter awards, Glenn’s commitment to excellent patient care is evident with each and every patient. He truly believes, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”.

Glenn’s knowledge in communication disorders has helped a wide range of patients, including both adults and children with hearing loss. Here at Avada, he provides screenings, a full battery of hearing tests, aural rehabilitation and has an expansive knowledge of both conventional and digital hearing instruments. Expertly trained in the new wireless hearing instrument connectivity technology, he has a distinctive approach to demonstrating how today’s modern hearing devices connect directly to his patient’s cell phones, home phones or televisions.

With a moderate-to-severe hearing loss himself, Glenn is uniquely qualified to understand the frustrations of others with a hearing impairment.

With over 30 years of experience, he’s dispensed and adjusted thousands of hearing devices and is an expert in early detection and treatment of speech understanding problems. He is accepting new patients and welcomes the opportunity to help those who hear conversation but have trouble understanding it.
