For Bill Yost, helping people with a hearing problem enjoy a better quality of life is more than just a career – it’s a commitment. “When I entered this field, it was quickly evident to me that being a Hearing Care Specialist was unlike any other career I’d ever imagined.”
“This is a career where you actually get the opportunity to make a difference in my patient’s quality of life. It just doesn’t get any better than that.”
In the years since he began, Bill has helped thousands of people throughout Western Pennsylvania and has earned a reputation – both among his patients and his fellow professionals – as someone who really takes the time to listen. Along with his communication skills, he’s also earned high regard for his ability to conduct hearing screenings, complete hearing evaluations, aural rehabilitation and video otoscopy. Most recently, Bill has become an acknowledged expert on the revolutionary new BluLink Hearing Devices.
Born and raised in Butler, Bill along with his wife Karen, still reside in his hometown. He’s a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania. Bill is also Board Certified by the International Hearing Society, the highest accreditation in his profession.
“To be able to live and work in the place you were raised, and to have the rewards this job offers, it’s truly a dream come true,” he says.
