The cornerstone of Rich’s professionalism is built on his commitment to help the hearing impaired lead a fuller life. By combining integrity and compassion, he naturally demonstrates a unique ability to explain the strategies of hearing improvement.
He understands the importance of taking the time to really listen to his patients. Rich creates an environment where open and honest communication can take place and his patients can make decisions about their hearing needs without feeling rushed or pressured.
Rich’s knowledge in communication disorders has helped a wide range of patients with hearing loss. He provides screenings, aural rehabilitation and has an expansive knowledge of both conventional and digital hearing instruments.
Rich is a state licensed hearing instrument specialist and has been with Avada Hearing Care for over 14 years.
Rich was born in Waldo and now resided just outside of Plymouth with his wife Rachel and 2 children Emma and Evelyn. He is also very much into sport and loved the Packers, Brewers, and Badgers. He also is very involved with softball and coaching his daughter???s softball team. Rich loves the help people and truly believes he changes the quality of peoples lives at Avada Hearing Care.
