By combining integrity and compassion, she has a unique ability to explain the strategies of treating hearing loss. She understands the importance of taking the time to really listen to her patients. Golda creates an environment where open and honest communication can take place and her patients can make decisions about speech understanding needs without feeling rushed or pressured.
Golda’s knowledge in communication disorders has helped a wide range of patients with hearing loss. At Avada, she provides screenings, aural rehabilitation and has an expansive knowledge of both conventional and digital hearing instruments. Expertly trained in the new wireless hearing instrument connectivity technology, she has a distinctive approach to demonstrating how today’s modern hearing devices connect directly to her patient’s cell phones, home phones and televisions.
With her experience, she’s dispensed and adjusted thousands of hearing devices and is an expert in early detection and treatment of speech understanding problems. She is accepting new patients and welcomes the opportunity to help those who hear conversations but have trouble understanding it. She also believes that everyone 55 and older, deserve a no obligation hearing screening yearly, as part of her patients yearly wellness check-ups.
