Sarah Banks is Clinician that serves the mountains of Western North Carolina. Sarah grew up on a farm in Northern Vermont, and moved to North Carolina in 1995. She completed her Bachelor’s degree from UNC Asheville, and this is where she met her husband. They are now raising three beautiful boys.
Sarah was first introduced to helping those with communication challenges in 1994. This is when her mother began practicing as a hearing instrument specialist. Since then, Sarah has developed a true compassion for helping people who have difficulties with their hearing and/or understanding ability. Sarah’s patients often comment on her kindness and ability to truly listen to their needs. Because of this, she has created many lifelong relationships.
Sarah has helped hundreds of people by determining their needs, and offering solutions using the latest technology. She takes her time explaining the testing process and results, and always allows enough time to answer questions thoroughly. Her patients leave the office with a solution they feel good about. This is how she earned the title of Senior Master Clinician and why she holds a 98% patient satisfaction rate.
Sarah welcomes the opportunity to meet new patients and help them discover a new world of better hearing!
